The total score determines the need for foundational, targeted, or advanced leadership development programs, providing a roadmap for improvement.

Leadership & Management Survey

This advanced assessment delves deeper into leadership and management skills. Participants rate statements on adapting to change, balancing responsibilities, creating a safe and inclusive work environment, leveraging technology, effective remote team management, emotional intelligence in leadership, talent development focus, overcoming bureaucratic challenges, personal leadership growth, and alignment with organizational goals. Scoring categorizes individuals into low, medium, or high competency levels, offering specific recommendations for improvement in areas such as communication, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking.

C-Suite Leadership Survey

The Global C-Suite Leadership Self-Assessment Survey (C-suite) targets top executives, assessing leadership effectiveness in a global context. The survey covers strategic agility, continuous learning culture, global talent strategy, innovative and empathetic leadership, AI and digital transformation, managing hybrid work dynamics, sustainable and social impact leadership, crisis leadership, simplifying organizational complexity, and personal and professional growth. The total score guides executives on development needs and strengths, recommending advanced executive programs, targeted workshops, or exclusive executive roundtables based on their competency level.
